Job Description

We’re looking for a marketing admin to help bring our brand to life through creative storytelling and social media management. If you have an eye for design, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to organize and execute content plans, this role is for you!

 

Structure and Pay

·     Full-Time Position

· 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

·     $18-$20 an hour

 

Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Admin

·     Schedule and manage social media posts across several platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).

·     Create and maintain a content calendar

·     Take marketing photos

·     Design content using Canva (or whatever software you are familiar with)

·     Monitor and engage with comments and messages across platforms

·     Assist with other marketing initiatives as the role expands

 

Job Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position:

· Have some prior marketing experience, preferably in content creation or social media.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools is a plus but is not required.

· Strong communication skills

  • Proactive Contribution - Bringing new ideas to improve content strategy and engagement.
